In this student project, I chose to design a piece for an out-of-the-box travel guide that felt like somebody's personal travel journal. It was designed to be a mixed-media publication piece that used watercolor and waterproof ink to elicit the feeling of being handmade and well-loved. I based the design and writing style on my own experiences while traveling in Italy.
